I know I'm behind... but I'm working toward catching up... I promise! A few weekends ago Dave and I got to enjoy a "date night" and we headed to the Smiles for Habitat event at Adriatica. We attended a party at Dr. Buchanan's office and were treated to LOTS of yummy food and a great view. :)
We didn't take a picture together (duh! Didn't realize until it was dark!)... so I put two individual pics together :) ha!
We spent a good portion of our time laughing hysterically as person after person hopped over the super obvious rope and tried to walk in this "restricted area". NO ONE was apologetic! Instead almost every single person told the police officer why they should be allowed to walk through... "my families just over there", "the main walkway is really busy", etc., etc., etc.

I am obsessed with fireworks pictures - this event always has THE BEST fireworks show and I took about a million pictures. If you don't care about fireworks, stop reading now. :)
Hey Andrea! I like the new page design...with my 1st graders in McKinney we always did a breakfast and readers' theater of Love You Forever each Mother's Day at school and invited all the moms to come. It was so sweet and so much fun every year!
