Friday Favorites: Golf Cart Drive Edition

Happy Friday, Friends!!!
This Friday is particularly happy as I am R.E.A.D.Y. for the weekend! InService has been GREAT, but now I need a couple of days to get my house back in order and organize ALL THE THINGS to get ready for next week.

If you're linking up with us today, be sure to grab our image below and then link to me, Erika and/or Narci!

Momfessionals

First up as one of my favorites from this week is this Tazeen Polish that I received in my August Maven Box.

It's gold and glittery and super fun.

This was ONE coat! And this was taken about 5 days after I applied it.  I did use an OPI top coat... but I use that all the time and I thought this polish lasted exceptionally well.

If you don't know what the Maven Box is - it's a program where you fill out a style profile and then for $20/month they send you two AWESOME polishes and a beauty product.  You get a chance to preview your box and opt in or out and switch things out if you'd like.  Everything that I've received in my Maven Boxes I've LOVED.  The polishes are REALLY high quality and the beauty products are full size and AWESOME!

One of my FAVORITE parts of getting back to school is hanging out with my co-workers.  I get to teach with some crazy fun people - one of who got a new Jeep for her birthday this summer :)  I took pics of Luke in it out afternoon and texted them around. Her response??? Next time text me and we'll drive around!
Mrs. Boese is Luke's FAVORITE :)
(sidenote: I'm filing this picture away for one day when he actually does drive. waaaaaaaaaahhhh!!!)

I mentioned this lace trim tunic when I posted my #nsale picks, but I finally had a chance to wear it and I am KICKING myself for not getting more colors while they were still on sale!  It was a FAVORITE that I wore this week!  I LOVE the length and weight of it and the lace seems like it is going to hold up really well.

It's no secret that I LOVE me some bangles.  These are all from Hippie Chick and she just restocked on her website!  Hurry and snag some of my FAVORITES for yourself!

Monday night we did one of my FAVORITE family activities... we drove golf carts around the course after dinner.  I know.... you had no idea we were that cool, right?!?!?! :) hahahaha

I don't know why - but I love it.  My mom tagged along and when we were done we attempted a pic.  We were ALL a hot mess - but these pics are some of my FAVORITES because they're real and they're us at this moment in time.  Nothing perfect or coordinated of planned. :)

LOOOOVE this one! :)

So... what were your FAVORITES this week???  Grab our graphic, link up and share!

  2. I loved your sweet family pics at the end! And listen, I noticed your nail color and thought it was really pretty! Even though it's all glittery and gold, I thought it looked like a good neutral. Loved it!

    1. You're the nail polish officianado so I take that as a TOTAL compliment! Especially since most of what I wear is definitely not a neutral. hahaha :)

  3. Your little family is so sweet, Andrea! The golf course pics are so random and fun - sometimes those kinds of pictures are the best:) Quick question about that tunic - I picked it up in my normal size (S) and wondered if maybe it ran a little big, or if it was just supposed to be a bit looser and longer. Did you pick up your normal size or did you size down?

  11. Since you do the Maven box, have you heard of IPSY? It is a fun monthly makeup subscription but you also get a cute makeup bag each month along with the 4-5 products (I love the bags to hold hair things, pens, etc.!). And it's just $10 a month! http://www.ipsy.com/r/1g8p
