Weekend Recap

 I did not mean to go dark on Friday but Thursday KICKED MY BUTT and I crashed before I hit publish on my post! Then Friday morning came bright and early and I hit the ground running and didn't even realize I hadn't finished my blog until Saturday afternoon. WHOOPSIES!!! 

Life has been FULL and fun and non-stop, y'all! 

Friday started off with some super cool temperatures (seriously... like in the low 50s which was NUTS!) and some crazy winds AND some extra fun middle school announcements featuring our House leaders in their outer space pep rally attire. G and her bestie, AJ, are both House leaders and they couldn't have looked cuter! They're both down for a theme which you know I love!

Despite the wind we managed to grab a couple of cute pics of some of my FAVORITE kiddos!

I spent the morning prepping and getting things ready and then it was go-time ;) We busted out the giant bubbles for bubble soccer again which was a HUGE hit.

The House leaders plan and run everything and they do SUCH a great job!

Saturday morning we were up bright and early for Distract XC at school. Frank and a pile of cheerleaders - best day ever!

Senior banners are up which was definitely surreal!

... ran around and hung out with friends.

G and I had to leave a bit early to get to her dance rehearsal...

... Christmas show is going to be DARLING this year!

After dance we grabbed some lunch and then headed down to North Park mal to check out thenew Jellycat Ranch inside Nordstrom. 

The line was INSANE but seh got a couple that she wanted and we bought a few more to set awat or Christmas gifts so we're going to count it as a win ;) 

It was a good day to be Griffin Joy ;) hahhahaha

Sunday was a catch up day with a BUNCH of spirit week prep thrown in there. G and I have been walking about 4 miles a night for th epast week or so and we decided to put in a few miles on Sunday evening after a brief meltdown due to an overwhelming amount of school work and such and IT WAS THE BEST!

We grabbed a Starbucks, chatted and were treated to THE BEST sunset!

It was a great end to a packed weekend!
