Momfessionals: What's Up Wednesday

Today I'm linking up with Shay and Sheaffer to talk a little bit about what's been going on around here!

THESE COOKIES!!! I made them on Sunday and my kids have been gobbling them up every chance they get. They really are an elevated but easy chocolate chip cookie.

I went on a deep dive of back to school photos and came across this one from 2015 and I CAN NOT HANDLE IT!!! I remember vividly how much he wanted that "giant" backpack which, in hindsight, was not all that giant.

My friend Haylee gave me this pumpkin mug and I am LOVING having an afternoon cup of tea in it ;)

Cross country is in full swing which has meant some EARLY morning weekend meets.

Just the never-ending heat, like always ;)

Adjusting to a block schedule ;) SOS!!!

I LOVE the Free People opal swing jackets and have a couple of them and I grabbed this "dupe" because I LOVE the stars and I was fully prepared to hate it but it's actually SO GOOD! It's a very similar fit and the quality and swinginess is absolutely there.

You guys. I can't believe I get to say this - but DAVE IS WATCHING GILMORE GIRLS WITH ME!!! It's absolutely my "comfort show" and I've watched it through at least once a year since Luke was born and while the kids were at camp he came in while I was watching an episode and was "intrigued". We just got to the middle of season 3 (GASP!) and he's 100% hooked. And now we're doingi this all the time...

Someone tell me why I can't quit listening to this song?!?!

ALL THE BREEZY DRESSES!!! I don't care what anyone says - there's no way that an easy breezy dress isn't more comfy than denim shorts when it's 105 degrees outside.
