Mason turned 14 yesterday and we celebrated with a golf-themed birthday dinner ;)
I made the little signs and LOVED them on the golf ball clips.
He requested Dr. Pepper cake which I'm always happy to oblige...
... and I used plates and chargers that I already had.
The turf table runner pretty much made the whole thing.
He requested BBQ and so I did smoked sausage and brisket, broccoli salad, and macaroni and cheese. IT WAS DELICIOUS!
We ate, laughed open presents and had cake. It was perfect!

ReplyDeleteYou always come up with the best decor for any gathering and this one is no exception! I had my kids in the spring (both early May birthdays to maximize my maternity leave as a teacher) and I remember how fun but exhausting our springs were as a result! So many gatherings and celebrations in a short amount of time! You make it look easy! Happy birthday to the new fore-teen year old!
