What I Wore Wednesday: Nuuly

Happy Wednesday, everyone! It's been FOREVER and a half since I've shared a "what I wore" post and today is the day because I'm SO EXCITED about a clothing rental company that I've started using and I can't get enough!  I've heard great things about Rent the Runway but could never find items that I would wear in my everyday life and so it never seemed like a great value.  I started hearing about  nuuly back in the Fall and was immediately intrigued.

I started browsing their selection and was immediately excited - tons of Free People, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and then lots of other brands that I love that I wouldn't typically purchase ($$) like LoveShackFancy, Hum+Bee, Cras, etc.

It's $88/month and you get 6 items - since one Free People dress is often well over $130 I felt like this was worth trying out and I'VE BEEN SO IMPRESSED!!!

I've had three boxes so far and feel like I've used it enough to give an honest review and it's all great things.

After I select my items they arrive fast, everything is pressed and ready to go and since there are tons of reviews (including photos!) I really haven't had a "miss" in any of my boxes (well... I had one with a coat that I should have known better than to order since I'm not 5'10 hahaha).

There are TONS of items - shirts, skirts, dresses, pants, jackets, coats, etc.  I wear dresses pretty much every day unless I'm wearing leggings and a big sweater (they have lots of the sweaters that I wear on the regular as well!) and have had so much fun trying out some new styles and then adding some tried and trie styles to my closet for the month.
So here are a few of the things I've rented (I really wish that I had taken more pics but these will have to do!)

This dress is PRECIOUS!  It's in my February box and I can't wait to wear it a TON!

I own this dress but rented it in white and LOVED it as well.  I have a couple white dresses already so this wouldn't be a purchase for me but I loved getting to wear it for a month!

I LOVED this floral dress that I rented in December so much that I rented it again this month and I can't wait to wear it.

This was a bit out of my "norm" but I'm SO GLAD I decided to try it.  It's essentially an acid washed denim parka (my mom is rolling her eyes so hard right now) but I LOVED IT, wore it almost daily and got a ton of compliments on it.  I loved that I could wear it over an oversized sweater and the pockets are fantastic.

I mean - it's not for everyone but I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!  And that's the awesome part about renting - if you try something it can be 'you' for the month and then you can send it back ;)

This dress was instant LOVE!  I loved the material, the fit and the tie dye.  It's something that I can wear now with sneakers or clogs but also this summer with flip flops.  TRUE LOVE!  Again - not a brand that I would have typically pulled the trigger on buying but for rental absolutely!

This dress belongs to me but it's also available on nuuly (trying to give y'all an idea of all the awesome pieces avaialable)...

... and this orange sweater that I got TONS of compliments on was also from there!

This LoveShackFancy dress was a FAVORITE in December and I rented it again this month because it's so soft and easy to wear.

At the end of the rental period you just put everything back in the zipper bag, attach the label and drop it off at UPS.  You don't have to wash anything before mailing it back and if anything happens to the item while you're wearing it it's not a problem.

Another great part is that you can purchase items (at a discounted price) that you really love.

If you're interested in trying it out  you can get $10 off your first month by clicking HERE (full disclosure I get a $10 credit as well).

If you have any questions leave them in the comments and if you end up trying it out I'd love to hear what you think!  HAPPY Wednesday, friends!!!
