I had to take half a day on Thursday and all day on Friday off to stay home with Griffin who was running a fever which meant that when I made my way back to my classroom yesterday afternoon the pile waiting for me was a bit overwhelming. Normally I wouldn't be in a HUGE time crunch to get everything graded, entered into the gradebook and returned BUT all of my classes are taking a chapter test this week before we get out for Spring Break and so pressure was ON!
All that to say it's 11:00 pm right now and I've spent the last 7+ hours in the spot above. I just entered my last grade, uploaded my revised lesson plans and can't imagine looking at a screen for a second longer than I have to SOOOO I'll be back tomorrow :)
Good news - Griffin is fever free and feeling great, I'm feeling super awesome about being 100% caught up and on my A-game for school and we have a fun week planned (Kite Day, Jog-A-Thon, a field trip, etc.) and it's only FIVE DAYS until Spring Break! Woo to the HOO :)
