Weekend Recap - Popsicle Party Edition

Happy Monday, Friends!!!  Hoping that you're enjoying some summer fun at your house today!

Before I dive into our weekend I had to share an AMAZING deal I came across this weekend!  Coats that are typically $66 - $128 on sale for $10 and $20!  Griffin has had a coat from this brand before and it was great so I picked up a couple... one in her current size and a couple in sizes she can grow into and wear to school.  Hope you find something great!

Friday morning started off bright and early with an ice age excavation.  For real.

I had a bag of birthday presents that I put away back inApril and the boys found it :)

This is the second one of these they've had and if you have an inquisitive kid at home I HIGHLY recommend them.  It's a big block of chalk that they have to chip away at to find the pieces and then assemble the pieces to create a model.

After excavating the cave bear it was breakfast out back...

... and then some curly hair kindle time...

... and then some puddle jumping on our way out the car.

After errands the sky cleared up and the kids hopped in the pool.

Believe it or not there is STILL stuff to unpack (UGH!!!) and so I worked on that Friday afternoon and we played about 17 rounds of Trouble :)

Saturday morning the kids headed to the Kids Workshop at Home Depot with Dave while I stayed home to meet up with the painter.  #redwhiteandcute

Look how productive she was being ;)

The afternoon they ALL took naps (hallelujah!!!)

... and Saturday night we swam and hung out with my parents.

Sunday morning Griffin brought her big backpack with her to Sunday School to hold her SINGLE pull up :)

Sunday afternoon looked a lot like this...

... and Sunday night we got to celebrate sweet Ashby's birthday at her Popsicle Party!

Their faces!!!

Sweet girl snuggled right up with me and totally made my day.  Ashby is always game for a selfie :)

Matching glasses!

So much fun...

... and so many cute kiddos!

Mason's mood :)

My kids were asleep within about 10 minutes of being out of the bathtub - so it was the perfect end to a great weekend.

Don't forget that tomorrow is Show and Tell Tuesday and we're going to be sharing "What's In Your Bag".

Happy Monday, Friends!!!

    1. It's not really listed as a brand, but the title is Cold-Weather Closeout! Unfortunately, they are already sold out of a lot of bigger sizes. Hurry fast!

    3. Sorry, Renee! As Anonymous in Texas said, it's the cold weather closeout event. If you look under the girls tab, the picture I used in the post is the picture they used to advertise the event :) Hope that helps!
