Weekend Recap - Lots of Love Edition

This past weekend was JAM PACKED of love - between Valentine's Day and my birthday there was lots of love being thrown around.

Friday morning Griffin was excited to head to the Q-U wedding!

Luke had a great time at his Valentine's Day Party ;)

Miss Lisa was sick so Griffin had to go to Kids Club at the Ranch, she was SUPER excited to eat her candy hearts they gave her.

Friday night we had pizza and watched movies and Saturday morning we were up bright and early for Bitty Ball, Dance and Luke's first soccer game of the season. Thankful for a Gibi and Haha who live close by and helped us with the shuffle since everyone's activities started at the exact same time.

After her dance class, Griffin and I met my mom at the soccer fields to catch the end of Luke's game.

Griffin cheered HARD the whole time... especially for Luke's bestie, Lincoln ;)

Mason finished up Bitty Ball and then we met up at home before I ran some errands and Dave went into work.

Saturday night my brother, Mark, and sister-in-law, Diana, came over with Baby Beau.  Yes, he will forever be Baby Beau to us :)  Griffin is enamored!

Luke read Beau a story and Mason was pretty much a skeptic about the whole baby situation :)

Sunday morning Griffin was the first one up (by over an hour - GAHHHH!!!) and there was no talking her out of opening her Valentine's Day present...

When the boys got up they opened their little gifts as well...

Luke had mentioned Qixels at least half a dozen times and so I couldn't resist.  He is OBSESSED!!!

After church we had brunch at the country club.  Griffin having a horrible time with Haha :)

How lucky am I?!?! :)

Dave had to work Sunday night (Valentines Dinner), so the kids and I had mac and cheese and made and decorated heart cookies.

Monday I turned 32 and kicked it off with a serenade from my favorite people and a few gifts that they each picked out.  Mason picked out this tea cup ;)

I'll share what Luke picked out tomorrow - I forgot to grab a pic.

Dave took all three kids so SAM's while I worked on some school stuff (Happy Birthday to ME!)...

... and when they got home we headed to my FAVORITE restaurant (Snug on the Square) for lunch.

I felt like half of McKinney was there and I was so glad I had thrown the UNO cards in my purse just in case.

Dave and I each got a melt and then split them so we could do half of each.  My favorite is the ham and cheddar melt with strawberry jam. SO GOOD!

After lunch we walked around the square for a bit and made our way to Emporium for pie.

 Yes.  Ma'am.

 Be. Still. My. Heart.

We got home in time for naps and snuggles with this guy...

And then spent the rest of the gorgeous day playing outside...

... and doing yardwork.  Because the downside of having Spring in February is that you have to actually get your yard together.  Yuck.

It was a wonderful weekend with some of my most favorite people.  I felt loved and spoiled and totally blessed :)  If you took time out of your day to leave me a comment here or on IG or Facebook... THANK YOU!!!  Y'all know how to make a girl feel special!!!
