What I Wore Wednesday - Spring Casual Edition :)

It's been a while since I've done a dedicated what I wore post, and today is the day!  I've received several questions/comments about items I've worn recently so I hope this answers all of those in one stop! :)  If not - feel free to email or ask in the comments.

Friday Luke and I were running errands and writing on chalkboards on our last day without the littles and I wore this henley with the charm from the necklace I picked up the night before on a Stella and dot chain.

Distressed jeans and TOMS ballet flats and we were out the door.

Sunday I went casual to church in This Anthropologie blouse (which is GORGEOUS in the floral as well), old flare jeans (these are similar), these wedges and a Day Bag II by Nena and Co.  I get TONS of comments and questions about my bag and yes... it's worth the price.  I use it all the time and it's held up beautifully and its that "pop" to an outfit made otherwise of basics.

We had our BFG picnic Sunday night and I threw on this henley and hat.

Monday was our first official pool day and I put on a suit and cute striped cover-up and was laughing a I put on my y'all hat, because I'm fairly certain Eiffel Towers and y'all trucker hats were not designed to go together :)  My coverup is sold out (I mentioned them back in the winter and I'm hoping lots of you scooped them up).  If you're looking for a great coverup though, I have this one and it is AWESOME!!! It's a knit fabric and it is so pretty!!

And speaking of the pool, despite my lack of excitement over boys suits a few weeks ago, mine were looking pretty dang cute in theirs :)

(I picked Griffin's suit up from Zulily a few months ago - sorry!!!)

Yesterday I took my kids to a super fun place in Frisco and I needed to tote socks, snacks, lunch, water bottles, a book for me, etc. and so I threw it all in my Barrington Yacht Tote and we were out the door!

It's about to get crazy hot here, so you can expect to see me in lots of maxi dresses and pool coverups as I cart everyone to and from the pool.

So what are you wearing today??? :)

  1. You are so cute!! I love your style. And I totally think a trucker hat goes perfectly with an Eiffel Tower swimsuit. You've inspired me yet again. I think I'll do a wiw post today.

  3. Before Christmas you posted (at least I think it was you!) a knockoff Kendra Scott necklace with a link to the shop. I bought it and absolutely love it but I can't remember the shop online name/website. I also can't find my receipt or confirmation email to help me out. Do you remember this? I would like another one. Thanks!

  7. So happy you've linked to your bag! I loved the size in your pictures despite the fact that it looks smaller on the site, so thanks for being so helpful! Also, I'm biting the bullet on that beautiful agate necklace seeing that you can take the charm off for a less boho look :)

  9. Can you remind me where you get your cuff bracelets that have been personalized with your kids cute catch phrases? I cannot remember or seem to find them on ETSY. Thanks!
