The last week in January we had a HUGE rainstorm - flash flooding, etc. MCA is build in a flood plain and so we've had our share of flooding before, but NOTHING that compares to this... 
The above picture is a view of the football fields and playground from the art room in our Student Life Center. If you attended Luke's windy birthday party last April, it was held on the far right side of the picture. The field house completely flooded out, our trashcans were floating around and you could have canoed across to the baseball field.
The week after, once everything had drained away, kids were finding dead fish out on the middle of the football field - the creek overflowed and all the "life" that was in the creek got washed up as far as our baseball fields. CRAZY!
